YouTube Van-Life Video Editor
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’ve spent the last year filming my off-grid, van-life, day-to-day adventures and I’m finally ready to turn that raw footage into a proper YouTube channel. I’m looking for someone who can take my existing clips and shape them into polished, story-driven episodes that feel natural and immersive.
Here’s what the job looks like from my side: I’ll supply the footage, a rough idea of the storyline for each video, and any key moments I definitely want included. You’ll handle the editing end-to-end—organising clips, trimming, colour-grading, cleaning audio, adding royalty-free music, simple motion graphics for titles/lower-thirds, and a thumbnail-worthy freeze frame. Think of the final product as a 10–15-minute episode ready for upload: intro hook, smooth pacing, engaging transitions, and a closing call-to-action to grow the channel from day one.
Because this is the very start of my channel, I’m keen to work with an editor who has already helped others launch successfully. When you reach out, please include:
• A link to at least two YouTube projects you’ve cut (ideally travel, lifestyle or vlog style)
• A brief overview of your editing experience—software you love, favourite plug-ins, average turnaround times
• A short outline of how you’d approach the first episode so I can picture our workflow
