YouTube Channel Management at $30/Video

I’m building a new entertainment-focused YouTube channel and need someone who can handle the journey from “rough idea” to “published video.” For every completed upload I’ll pay a flat $30, with the expectation that we grow into a steady weekly cadence once the workflow is smooth.

What I’m after
• Fast-paced, dynamic editing: jump cuts, quick zooms, motion graphics, caption call-outs, sound effects and royalty-free music that keep the energy high.
• Concept support: bounce content ideas back and forth with me, spot trending angles and help shape punchy storylines the audience will watch to the end.
• Final delivery: 1080p (or better) .mp4 ready to upload, plus thumbnail and SEO-friendly title/description/tags.

Nice-to-have skills include basic analytics interpretation, scheduling uploads and repurposing highlights for Shorts, but the core of the job is editing and ideation.
