Video Podcast Editor and Branding Specialist
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I’m looking for a skilled video editor who can turn my raw footage (8 x video podcast, 2 cameras - one front and one side) into polished long-form video podcast content and help structure it for personal-brand content repurposing. THE LONG-TERM COLLABORATION is preferred and I wish those 8 videos to be published within 2 months MAX (publishing time - 1 video weekly). I will be recording twice a month and deliver the content to you. INDUSTRY - B2B Hospitality Consulting (educational videos / knowledge sharing / community building).
What I need:
Phase 1: a clean edited master without graphics
This version should work for:
• YouTube long-form video
• audio podcast extraction
It should include:
• clean cuts and pacing
• colour correction
• basic sound sweetening
• light music where appropriate
• a natural, premium, human feel
Phase 2: an enhanced version with simple original graphics
This can include:
• titles
• animated text
• motion graphics where they add value
• a professional YouTube end screen
Important:
You should also feel comfortable slightly restructuring the content when needed — moving segments, tightening sections, or adjusting the flow — to create a stronger hook, better pacing, and higher viewer retention. I do not have ready-made graphics, so it is upto us to give it the branding.
AI-supported editing is welcome, but the final result must still feel clearly like me, my voice, and my brand — not generic AI content.
The footage should also be edited in a way that makes it easy to later create:
• reels
• shorts
• personal branding clips
