Video Editor for Lyric Videos for Social Media

I'm looking for an editor that can produce high quality short form videos, that will be for TikTok & Instagram reels. The videos will be up to 60s max and will be for music lyrics. Ideally I need an editor who can turnover videos quickly and overtime can take a large quantity of videos at the same time.
