Video Editor Needed – 12-Minute Talking-Head Videos (Ongoing Work)

I’m looking for a skilled video editor for ongoing work editing ~12-minute talking-head videos.

This is a straightforward editing role, not heavy creative direction.

Scope of work (per video):
• Edit a 12-minute talking-head video
• Clean cuts, pacing, light polish
• Basic color correction (4K footage only)
• Simple motion graphics or b-roll where appropriate
• Clean, professional final output

Footage & assets:
• All footage provided in 4K only
• You must use Motion Array (I will provide access)
• No external stock sources
• No AI-generated visuals

Requirements:
• Strong experience with talking-head / professional content
• Comfortable working with 4K footage
• Clean, modern editing style
• Reliable turnaround and communication

Compensation:
• $45 per completed 12-minute video
• Ongoing work available if quality and turnaround are good
