Qualities that we're looking for in the intern to hire him as full time video editor are:
High quality video editing - motion graphics level better than reference videos or like the reference video.
Timely delivery - No compromise on deadlines.
Availability - since it's a remote job offer so you have to be present online from 10am to 7 p.m.
Good communication skills and being capable of cooperating with the team is a must have.
