Video Edit for a youtube channel

I already have the full script and narrated voice-over recorded for a new episode on my faceless tech-and-business YouTube channel aimed at a U.S. audience. What I now need is the complete visual build-out: an inspirational, motivational video that blends animated sequences with carefully chosen stock footage so the story flows smoothly from start to finish.
Here’s the flow I have in mind
• You take the voice track and sync it perfectly to engaging visuals.
• Where an abstract concept appears, feel free to illustrate it with clean motion graphics or simple character animation; when concrete examples arise, lean on high-quality royalty-free stock clips or screen-captures.
• Subtle kinetic text, branded lower thirds and light sound design (whooshes, risers, soft background bed) should keep the pace energetic without ever overpowering the narration.
I’m flexible on tools—Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Blender, or any editor you prefer—so long as the final render looks polished, exports in 16:9 Full HD (or higher) and is ready for immediate upload to YouTube.
Deliverables
1. Final mastered video (MP4, H.264, 1920×1080 or better)
2. Editable project files and assets, neatly organised for future tweaks
3. One short vertical teaser (15–30 sec) repurposed from the main video for Shorts/Reels/TikTok
