Responsibilities
Edit 5–10 minute explainer videos from raw footage, voiceovers, and stock visuals
Add graphics, maps, text animations, and subtitles to make videos visually engaging
Source relevant stock footage, images, and B-roll (from free/paid libraries)
Maintain a consistent look and feel for the channel (color grading, fonts, branding)
Create YouTube‑friendly thumbnails (bonus)
Manage project files and meet weekly publishing deadlines
Stay updated on YouTube trends and suggest creative ideas for improvement

Requirements
Proven experience in video editing (YouTube videos preferred)
Proficiency in editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and text animation
Ability to work with voiceovers and sync visuals smoothly
Strong sense of storytelling and pacing
Ability to deliver one video per week (to start)
