YouTube Video Editor Needed for Faceless Business/Documentary Channel

I'm looking for a skilled video editor to create high-retention faceless YouTube videos in the business, finance, entrepreneurship, and documentary niche.

What I Need
Edit 8–15 minute YouTube videos
Use stock footage, B-roll, graphics, screenshots, and visual elements to match the narration
Create smooth transitions and maintain strong pacing throughout the video

Use zooms, pans, animations, and visual effects to keep the video engaging
Add background music and sound effects that enhance the story
Create professional subtitles/captions when needed
