Short videos Creator & Editor Wanted

I’m looking for a creative and experienced person who can CREATE and edit highly engaging YouTube Shorts (20–30 seconds).

I need someone who can build videos from scratch using:
- images
- motion graphics
- animations
- stock footage
- visual effects
- text/captions
- sound design

The videos should feel modern, fast-paced, and highly engaging for YouTube audiences.

It is very important that you understand:
- viewer psychology
- viral editing styles
- hooks that grab attention immediately
- retention-focused storytelling
- what makes Shorts get high views

Requirements:
- Experience creating viral or high-performing Shorts/Reels/TikToks
- Strong visual storytelling skills
- Ability to create dynamic motion and engaging visuals
- Understanding of YouTube Shorts trends and audience retention
- Ability to create videos from an idea/script, not only edit existing footage
