Hi! I'm the founder of YUPA, a UK PropertyTech SaaS (pre-launch startup) that helps home buyers make smarter decisions using AI and data. I need a punchy hero video (between 30-60 seconds depending on content) for the top of my website — the kind that hooks a visitor in the first 5 seconds and makes them want to sign up.
**What I'll provide:**
- Raw screen recordings of the product (~3-5 minutes of footage)
- Product/website walkthrough if required
- High-res screenshots of dashboards, maps, and UI elements
- Logo files (SVG + PNG)
- Brand colours and fonts
- A shot list with specific timestamps from the raw footage I want included
- One-line taglines / text overlay copy
**What I need you to do:**
- Edit raw footage into a ~30-60-second hero video
- Add smooth, modern transitions between shots
- Incorporate clean text overlays and kinetic typography
- Add subtle motion / zoom-ins on key UI moments
- Source and sync upbeat, royalty-free background music
- Add captions/subtitles for viewers who watch on mute
- Create a CTA card with logo at the end
- Deliver final video in 1080p and 4K, plus a 1:1 version for social platforms

I'd like the final result to feel similar in polish and pacing to product videos from Linear, Arc Browser, Vercel, or Granola. Fast cuts, clean type, premium feel. NOT explainer-video style with cartoon characters or generic stock footage.
