About the Product
The platform includes customer-facing automation modules such as:
• B2B & B2C registration and login systems
• Dynamic pricing based on customer type (different prices for B2B and B2C users)
• Channel partner onboarding and distributor registration workflows
• Interactive quiz-based lead generation system
• Distributor locator and dealer discovery module
• Instant quotation generation
• Instant Proforma Invoice (PI) generation
• Customer support ticket system
• Meeting booking and scheduling integration
• Customer self-service workflows
The objective is to demonstrate how these workflows solve real business problems and improve sales, customer experience, lead generation, and operational efficiency.
