• Property tours that must feel professional and corporate—clean titles, measured pacing, sharp color work, and subtle branding throughout.
• UGC-style user-tutorial videos that explain features or answer common buyer questions in a relatable, on-camera way.
Each reel will average 30–60 seconds. I’ll supply the footage, brand assets, and a rough content outline; you handle the rest—cutting, motion graphics, captions, royalty-free music, basic sound sweetening, and final exports optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
