Real Estate Promo Video Creation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m producing a polished 30-second promotional video for a new real-estate listing and need an editor who can seamlessly blend crisp footage with eye-catching 3D animation.
Here’s what I’m after:
• Assemble the best shots (supplied or sourced) into a tight, compelling narrative that highlights the property’s key features and location benefits.
• Build in smooth 3D animation elements—think logo reveal, quick floor-plan fly-through, and a dynamic map pop-up—to add depth and professionalism.
• Apply clean motion graphics for text callouts, subtle lower-thirds, and the closing call-to-action.
• Perform color correction, audio sweetening, and select royalty-free background music that matches an upbeat, sophisticated tone.
Deliverables
• Final 30-second video in 4K and 1080p, plus a vertical social cut (1080 × 1920).
• Separate audio-mix and project/source files so future updates are straightforward.
Timeline
A first draft in two weeks with room for feedback; final assets delivered within one month at the latest.
