You’ll handle the entire production cycle: i will send stills and video, I will record the narration, selecting royalty-free background music, and editing the footage into a cohesive story. Light motion graphics for lower thirds with my name, brokerage, and contact details should appear naturally on screen, and color grading must keep the homes looking bright and true to life.
Deliverables
• A 10 minute video in 1080p (or higher) MP4
• Separate high-quality WAV of the voice-over
• One vertical 9:16 cut optimized for Instagram Reels/TikTok
Acceptance criteria
• Visual flow matches the approved script and market overview
• Audio balanced, VO crisp, music properly licensed
• Captions accurate and in sync
• Final files upload without issues to YouTube and major social platforms
