Product Launch Promo Video Creation

This project centres on crafting a visually engaging promotional video that will debut my upcoming product to a general-consumer audience. I already have a clear concept and brand story; what I need is a videographer who can translate that vision into a polished, emotionally resonant piece that instantly communicates value and excitement.

Scope of work
• Pre-production: refine the storyboard with me, lock down shot lists, and plan location, talent and lighting so the narrative flows naturally.
• Production: capture high-quality footage (HD or 4K) with clean audio, cinematic framing, and dynamic movement that holds attention from the first second.
• Post-production: colour-grade, add motion graphics or subtle text overlays, mix sound and deliver a final master fit for web, social media and in-store screens.

Deliverables
1. One main cut (30–60 s) in MP4 and ProRes.
2. Two social edits (≤15 s vertical) optimised for Instagram Reels/TikTok.
3. A thumbnail image and a short SRT caption file.

Acceptance criteria
• Visual style faithfully matches the agreed mood board.
• Messaging is crystal-clear: the viewer knows what the product is and why it matters within the first 10 seconds.
• Final files arrive on the agreed deadline, ready for immediate upload without additional tweaks.
