I am a real estate broker specializing in probate and trust property sales in Southern California. I’m looking for a freelancer to help design and edit a professional pre-listing presentation video used to educate probate administrators and attorneys.
This is not a sales or social media video. The tone should be calm, clear, and trust-focused.
Scope of Work
Edit a 5–7 minute presentation video
Combine voiceover or on-camera footage (provided) with:
Clean slides
Light motion graphics
Simple icons or visuals explaining process
Add:
Smooth transitions
Light background music (subtle, optional)
Branding consistency (fonts, colors)
What I Will Provide
Script or talking points
Any recorded video/audio
Logo and brand guidance
Direction on tone and audience
Style Requirements
Professional, calm, reassuring
Clean and modern (not flashy)
Appropriate for legal / probate audience
No TikTok-style edits, hype text, or sales effects
Ideal Freelancer
