Project Overview
We are seeking a motion graphics designer to produce a Premium SaaS demo video for ConAcc4, a contract-driven construction QA/QC execution platform.
This is a technical, investor-grade B2B software demo, not a marketing explainer and not a simple screen recording.

• Length: 2.5–3.5 minutes
• Style: Enterprise SaaS UI walkthrough
• Calm pacing, smooth camera pans
• Minimal text, focused callouts
• Emphasis on workflow and deterministic outcomes

Scope of Work
• Animate smooth camera pans across the ConAcc4 console
• Add motion graphics:
o Camera zooms
o Focused callouts
o Subtle transitions
• Emphasize workflow steps (not features)
• Highlight:
o AI-derived test points on plans
o GPS pin snapping to location
o Pass / Fail results
o Unified “as-tested” plan view
• Sync all motion precisely to voiceover

Prototype Disclosure (Important)
This is a prototype demonstration.
• No live uploading of plans or specifications
• No simulated backend processing
• The demo uses a pre-loaded contract QA/QC scenario to show system logic and outcomes
