Phone Screen Replacement & Detail Addition on Video
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
Composite real app screenshots onto an AI-generated video (phone screen replacement) + add a final detail shot
I have a 12-second AI-generated vertical video (9:16), made up of 5 scenes, showing a woman selling an item through my app. The video currently shows AI-generated app UI on the phone screen in two scenes, but the text is blurry/inaccurate because it's AI-generated rather than real. I need those two scenes fixed with real screenshots, plus one small addition in the final scene.
Files provided:
The full video clip (12 seconds, 5 scenes)
Real screenshots from my app: the "Post Listing" screen and the buyer notification/messaging screen
What I need done:
Scene 3 (posting the listing): Replace the AI-generated phone screen content with my real "Post Listing" screenshot, motion-tracked/corner-pinned to the phone throughout this scene so it stays glued to the screen as the hand moves.
Scene 4 (buyer notification + messaging): Replace the AI-generated phone screen content with my real screenshots — first the notification, then the messaging screen showing the buyer's message — motion-tracked the same way for this scene's duration.
In both scenes, wherever the woman's finger passes in front of the screen, mask the overlay so the finger stays visible on top (real video shows through, not covered by the screenshot layer).
Final scene (scene 5): Add a small visual detail showing 250₺ (Turkish lira) going into her pocket/hand — a quick close-up insert of cash or a wallet, consistent with the lighting and setting of that scene.
Match lighting/reflection subtly on the screen overlays so they don't look pasted-on, but keep all text perfectly sharp — do not blur or stylize the screenshots.
Export at the same resolution as the source video (1080x1920 or higher), high bitrate, no quality loss, all 5 scenes seamlessly cut together as one final video.
Tools: Comfortable with any software supporting motion tracking / corner-pin compositing — After Effects (preferred, Mocha AE or standard corner-pin tracking), DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Pro are all acceptable.
Deliverable: The complete 12-second video with both screens replaced with real screenshots and the 250₺ detail added to the final scene.
