I have a collection of raw site footage—including sweeping 4K drone shots—that needs to be shaped into a polished promo aimed squarely at winning new construction clients. The end result should feel modern and sleek: fast-paced cuts, on-brand lower thirds, tasteful motion graphics, and a strong closing call-to-action that highlights our capability to deliver complex builds on time.

Here’s the flow I’m picturing:
• Open with dynamic drone fly-overs to establish scale and professionalism.
• Intercut progress highlights, key project milestones, and strong visual details of craftsmanship.
• Conclude with our logo, contact details, and a confident tagline.

I’ll supply:
• All raw clips (ground and aerial)
• Brand colours, fonts, and logo assets
• Rough timestamps of “must-use” moments

You’ll handle: colour grading, audio clean-up, royalty-free background music selection, motion graphic titles, and final mastering for both 1080p web and social-media-ready vertical snippets.

Deliverables:
1. Main promo: 60–90 seconds, MP4 (H.264, 1080p)
2. Two cut-downs: 15 sec & 30 sec
3. Editable project file (Premiere Pro or Final Cut) with all media properly linked
