2-Minute Complacency Awareness Video

Job ID: 40366915

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I need a punchy 60–120-second introduction that explains how complacency and over-confidence creep into the workplace and why they endanger both safety and productivity. The finished piece will slot into our internal training modules, so it must teach, not sell.

Here’s what I can provide: key talking points and real-world examples from our safety team.

Here’s what I’m looking for you to handle:
• Shape those points into a tight micro-script (≈180–240 words).
• Create a simple storyboard or visual treatment that keeps busy employees engaged.
• Produce the complete video—motion graphics, stock footage or clean animation, royalty-free music, and an English voice-over that fits an educational style.
• Deliver HD MP4 ready for our LMS plus the editable project files (Premiere, After Effects, or similar) so we can refresh content later.

Acceptance criteria
• Runtime between 1:00 and 2:00 minutes.
• Message clearly defines complacency and overconfidence, shows at least one workplace scenario, and closes with an action-oriented takeaway.
• Audio mixed to broadcast standard, accurate captions included, and all assets fully licensed for corporate use.

If you’ve produced short educational pieces for employees, please share a sample or two and your usual turnaround time. I’m excited to see what you can bring to this quick yet important project!
