I host a luxury-real-estate podcast that’s recorded in an interview format, and I need those long conversations transformed into short, eye-catching Instagram videos. The finished clips should feel minimalistic and clean—think restrained motion graphics, tasteful lower thirds, and crisp, on-brand typography—so the property imagery and the insights from my guests stay front and center.
Here’s what I’m after:
• Extract the strongest sound bites from each interview (I’ll flag favourites when I deliver the raw file).
• Edit them into 30-60-second vertical reels (1080×1920), colour-graded to a sophisticated, high-end aesthetic.
• Burn-in captions that are readable on mobile, following current best practices for engagement.
• Supply each reel in H.264 MP4 ready to upload, plus an editable project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—whatever you’re most comfortable with) for quick tweaks on my side.
A good first milestone would be one polished reel so we can lock the look, pacing, and font treatment; once approved, the remaining episodes can follow the same template.
