Looking for a Professional Reels/Short-Form Video Editor

I'm looking for a highly skilled short-form video editor for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar vertical content.
Requirements:
Experience editing high-quality, engaging short-form videos.
Able to source relevant B-rolls, stock footage, images, sound effects, and background music independently.
Strong motion graphics, text animations, transitions, zooms, and visual effects.
Excellent pacing and storytelling to maximize audience retention.
Able to enhance the content creatively without requiring detailed instructions.
Color correction, audio cleanup, subtitles/captions, and overall polishing should be included.
Should understand current social media editing trends.
What I will provide:
Raw main footage only.
What you need to handle:
Everything else, including:
Finding and adding suitable B-rolls.
Adding stock visuals where required.
Motion graphics and animated captions.
Sound effects and background music.
Color grading and audio enhancement.
Final polished edit ready for posting.
Project Details:
We'll begin with one trial reel.
If the quality meets our expectations, there will be regular ongoing work with multiple reels every month.
When sending proposal, please include:
Your portfolio (especially high-retention Reels/Shorts).
3-5 of your best edits.
Your price for editing one reel (30-90 seconds).
Your usual turnaround time.
What software you use (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, etc.).
Whether you have subscriptions/access to stock footage libraries (Envato, Storyblocks, Artgrid, Motion Array, etc.).
Your experience editing for creators, brands, podcasts, or businesses.
Only send proposal if you can produce premium-quality edits that are comparable to top creators on Instagram and YouTube.
