Logo - motion graphic animation

Hello I need to animate an existing logo I wish to use on a new website. The animation should start as a number of dots and in a starling murmuration style form into the logo.
Ideally would be done in a phased approach... first jut with the murmuration... second with the murmuration forming into the logo ... third with 3d revolving and zoom in capability on the logo.
