Logo Loader Animation Needed

We are looking for a motion graphics designer / logo animator to create an engaging loader animation for our brand logo (logo file will be provided in vector format).

Goal

Animate two hands entering from the left and right sides, meeting in the center to form a handshake.

Once the handshake is complete, the house shape and text fade/draw in smoothly.

Final animation should work as a website loader and optionally as an app splash screen.

Requirements

Deliver in Lottie JSON format (preferred, for web & mobile integration).

Also provide MP4 and GIF versions for social media use.

Colors and style must match the provided logo.

Animation length: 2–3 seconds, loopable until the page loads.

MP4 file (transparent background if possible)

Source file (After Effects / Illustrator / Figma, depending on tool used)
