Investor pitch video — commercial real estate technology platform
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are RePrime Group, a commercial real estate investment firm headquartered in the U.S. We are producing an investor-facing video that introduces our proprietary investment platform — the RePrime Terminal — to accredited investors and institutional partners.
The script will be provided to the selected freelancer. We are looking for someone to handle video production, motion graphics, voiceover integration, and final delivery of a polished, broadcast-quality video. I will provide the script, but need your expertise to make it perfect.
What we need
A 2-5 minute video (exact length TBD based on final script) styled as a premium financial/technology pitch — think institutional, not flashy
Motion graphics and/or animated text overlays that reinforce key data points in the script
Stock footage sourcing and selection (commercial real estate, data, technology themes — we will provide direction and approve all selections)
Sync with a voiceover track
Background music (licensed/royalty-free) appropriate to a high-net-worth investor audience
Final delivery in 1080p/4K MP4 and a web-optimized version, plus project files
Tone & style direction
Reference aesthetics: Bloomberg Terminal, Goldman Sachs institutional materials, high-end PropTech pitch decks. Dark, cinematic backgrounds with sharp typography. Data-driven but visually compelling. This is not a startup explainer video — it is a sophisticated financial product introduction aimed at accredited investors and family offices.
Color palette and branding guidelines will be provided upon selection.
Requirements
Portfolio must include at least one investor pitch, corporate explainer, or financial/technology product video
Strong motion graphics capability (After Effects or equivalent) — this is non-negotiable
Experience with script-driven (narration-led) video format
Fluent English communication — you will be reviewing and interpreting a detailed script and responding to directional notes from our team
Reliable availability for feedback turnaround within the project window
NDA required prior to receiving the full script and project materials
Nice to have:
Experience in real estate, finance, or technology verticals
Voiceover sourcing ability (we may ask for VO recommendations — not required)
Familiarity with UI/dashboard screen recording integration (we may provide platform screen captures to incorporate)
