Hospital Video Content, Custom Resolutions
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a steady stream of short, energetic informational videos that will play on the ultra-wide LED ribbons and foyer screens throughout our hospital. The canvas is far from standard—think 4000 × 280 px or other panoramic dimensions—so every frame has to communicate clearly in a very shallow height while still feeling motivational.
Scope of content
You’ll be turning my raw assets (logo pack, colour palette, brief copy blocks, occasional B-roll and photos) into succinct clips that:
• explain specific medical procedures or services we offer,
• weave in quick patient success sound-bites, and
• introduce key staff members and facility highlights.
Most pieces will run 15–30 seconds, loop cleanly, and carry upbeat music or subtle motion graphics that hold attention without overwhelming viewers in a clinical environment.
Style
Energetic and motivational is the mandate: bright palettes, confident typography, light kinetic text—nothing overly formal or sombre. The tone should inspire trust and optimism.
Technical requirements
• Primary export: MP4/H.264 at 4000 × 280 px (or the exact dimension I specify per brief)
• Secondary export: a standard 1920 × 1080 version for social repurposing
• Source project files (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) with all linked assets
• File size small enough for digital-signage playback (<25 MB per clip)
Workflow & cadence
I’ll send topic cues several times a week and would like a 24-hour turnaround on most pieces. Quick revisions are usually minor text tweaks or colour adjustments. Consistency in font choice, lower-third styling, and overall pacing across the series is important.
If creative motion graphics, tight deadlines, and unusual aspect ratios excite you, let’s keep our hospital screens fresh around the clock.
