I’m looking for a video clipper/editor who can turn long-form videos into high-retention Instagram Reels.
Your Responsibilities
* Watch the raw footage and find the best moments.
* Edit engaging 30–60 second Reels with captions, zooms, transitions, sound effects, and motion graphics.
* Upload every edited Reel on your own Instagram account.
Payment
* Payment is based on the organic views each Reel receives.
* The better the performance, the higher the payment.
Important Rules
* Only real, organic views are accepted.
* Fake views, bots, paid traffic, engagement groups, or any artificial methods are strictly prohibited.
* Every Reel will be checked for authenticity.
* If fake engagement is detected, no payment will be made for that Reel, and the collaboration will end immediately.

* Active Instagram account for uploading content.
