I have raw footage for an Instagram Reel that teaches a quick, actionable tip on health and wellness, and I need it shaped into a slick, scroll-stopping final cut. The reel should feel dynamic and modern, move fast enough to keep attention, and still let the core lesson land clearly.

Here’s what I’m expecting:
• A 30–60 second vertical edit (9:16) ready for Instagram Reels, exported in H.264.
• Clean cuts and rhythmic pacing matched to background music that is copyright-safe.
• On-screen text and animated captions that highlight key teaching points and remain readable on mobile screens.
• Subtle motion graphics or stock overlays where they add value, not noise.
• Color correction and basic audio sweetening so the final clip looks polished and sounds crisp.
• Delivery of the final MP4 plus an editable project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—use whichever you prefer).
