Friendly Instagram Build Clips

I need a series of punchy, mobile-first clips that turn our construction milestones into scroll-stopping Instagram Reels. Each video should feel friendly and approachable while still demonstrating the quality of our finished work. The main focus is showcasing completed projects, so please lean on clear, high-resolution before-and-after shots; I’ll supply all raw photos and any site footage you need.

Aim for 20–30 seconds per clip, formatted 1080 × 1920, with captions and light branding so the story is clear even when muted. Smooth transitions, subtle motion graphics, and upbeat royalty-free music will keep the pace engaging without feeling overly commercial.

Deliverables
• 5 finished Reels (MP4 + editable project files) built around different projects
• Thumbnail image for each clip
• One round of revisions after the first draft

Acceptance criteria
– Show the “before” scene for at least three seconds, transition cleanly to the finished result, and close with our logo and a call-to-action.
– Meet Instagram’s technical specs and stay under 30 s.
– Maintain a warm, conversational vibe through colour grading, music, and on-screen text.
