Recording and editing of 16-20 on site interviews conducted with exhibitors / speakers during the show
Recording and editing of Vox pop interviews / testimonials recorded and included within post event highlights video
Recording and editing of 2 x daily event wrap videos
Day 1 wrap needs to be ready for the end of the event so that it can be included in the ‘Thank you for attending’ email and the ‘Remember to come for day 2’ for those who didn’t attend. It will also be used to post on social. Day 1 wrap therefore needs to be sent to the client around 5/5:30pm in case there are any small edits, 6pm at the latest. Day 2 wrap needs to be 4:30/5pm, 5:30pm at the latest. The main promo video can be sent to o the client for approval w/c 17th October
