I’m looking for a skilled video editor and motion designer to turn high-quality raw footage (Drone + Ground) into a professional real estate motion video that clearly showcases the land plot, its dimensions, and the development opportunities.

Scope of Work:

Edit and assemble the raw footage into a clean, smooth final video.

Add real estate motion graphics including:

Land boundaries

Plot dimensions and area

Key nearby features and advantages

Development opportunities

Perform accurate motion tracking (Mocha / AE tracking).

Color grading to enhance clarity and visual appeal.

Add minimal, clear, professional real-estate text overlays.

Deliver two versions if possible:

Branded version

Clean version (no watermark/logo)

Assets Provided:

High-quality drone footage

All land details (location, area, specs, and highlights)

Objective:

Produce a clean, professional real estate video suitable for presenting to investors and clients.

Preferred:
