I am looking for a creative and detail-oriented video editor to join my team as a long-term collaborator. I need someone who can transform raw footage (interviews, educational content, or lifestyle clips) into high-impact YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikToks.
I am not looking for a basic cut-and-paste editor; I am looking for a professional who masters Motion Graphics to elevate production value, maximize viewer retention, and drive engagement.
Responsibilities:
Dynamic editing of short-form videos (9:16 vertical format).
Designing and applying Motion Graphics (animated titles, creative transitions, animated infographics, text tracking).
Music selection, sound design (SFX), and audio enhancement.
Implementing dynamic, eye-catching captions (similar to the "Alex Hormozi" style).
Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain a fast-paced, engaging rhythm.
Requirements:
Portfolio is a must: You must showcase recent work specifically in the Shorts/Reels space demonstrating clear Motion Graphics capabilities.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve/Fusion).
Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of the mechanics of viral content (pacing, visual hooks, and retention).
Excellent communication skills and reliability with deadlines.
