Exhibition Video Shoot, Hong Kong
Budget: $200 – $250 USD
I need a videographer in Hong Kong to cover an upcoming exhibition presentation. The filming window is two to three hours, during which I’d like a balanced mix of wide-angle and close-up shots that capture the overall atmosphere as well as key details of the displays and speaker interactions.
Audio capture is not a concern for this project, so there’s no need to set up microphones; on-camera reference sound is perfectly fine. The emphasis is on crisp, well-lit visuals that can be shaped into an engaging highlight reel afterward.
Once shooting wraps, I’ll need full post-production with an advanced polish—clean cuts, colour grading, tasteful transitions, and simple motion graphics or lower thirds where appropriate. The final deliverable should be a high-quality MP4 ready for playback at the venue and online sharing.
Deliverables:
• All raw footage from the session + photos
• One fully edited MP4 (1080p or higher) incorporating the elements above
• Project files or a version suitable for minor future tweaks
