Engaging YouTube Video Editor Needed

I run an educational YouTube channel and need a reliable editor who can turn my voice-over tracks and a folder of still images into lively, animated-feeling videos. For every episode I supply the narration (already cleaned) plus a curated sequence of high-resolution images, charts, or slides. Your job is to:

• Sync each image perfectly with the spoken cues, trimming or extending on the timeline so the visuals change at natural break points.
• Add subtle key-framed zoom-in or zoom-out moves (Ken Burns style) on almost every shot to keep the screen from feeling static.
• Work toward an overall animated and engaging tone—simple motion graphics, lower-thirds, or light transitions are welcome if they help illustrate a point without distraction.
