We’re looking for a talented video editor who can handle both short-form and long-form video editing for our YouTube channel and social media platforms.
We’ll provide raw footage (talking head, podcast clips, and b-roll); you turn it into clean, dynamic videos that keep viewers hooked from the first second.

• 10 videos every 2 weeks
• Short-form (30–90 sec): TikTok / Reels / Shorts
• Long-form (8–12 min): YouTube educational or storytelling pieces
• Add motion graphics, b-roll, captions, and music
• Strong first-3-seconds hook & storytelling pacing
• Keep a consistent visual identity (fonts, colors, tone)

• Clean storytelling, strong pacing, attention to rhythm
• Fluent English communication and attention to detail

• Reliable 2-week delivery cycles
• Bonus: understanding of YouTube SEO or thumbnail alignment
