I need a series of seamless motion-graphics loops that will serve as the LED-wall backdrop for an upcoming fashion show, beauty pageant, and award ceremony. The overall look has to feel elegant and classy while still bursting with rich, vibrant colors that lift the runway lighting and photography.
Key visual direction
• Integrate our event logo and partner branding subtly but unmistakably—think refined reveals, soft lens flares, or stylish wipes, never loud slams.
• Build animated patterns and textures that echo high-fashion themes (silk flows, jewel facets, golden particles, etc.) so the stage always feels alive yet sophisticated.
• Maintain a steady, tasteful pace; no dizzying cuts or aggressive strobe effects—the graphics should complement the models, not compete with them.
Deliverables
1. 5–7 looping video files (MOV or MP4, H.264) in the LED wall’s native resolution (3840 × 1080, 25 fps).
2. Separate alpha or matte versions of any logo animations, letting us layer or recolor on-site if needed.
3. One still key visual exported as a high-res PNG for print and social teasers.
4. A quick preview reel (watermarked) so production can sign off before final render.
Acceptance criteria
• All loops run flawlessly for at least 30 minutes in Encore testing without visible seams.
• Color profile matches the LED wall specs (Rec. 709, full range).
• Logos remain crisp and legible from 10 m distance.
• Final assets delivered via a shared cloud folder at least three days before show rehearsal.
Preferred tools: After Effects or Cinema 4D for smooth camera moves and texturing, though I’m open to any workflow that achieves the same polish.
