I have a batch of raw footage that needs to be shaped into crisp, professional-looking educational shorts for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok. The tone must stay clean and authoritative—think sharp cuts, smooth transitions, balanced audio, and on-screen text that reinforces key teaching points without clutter.
My brand guidelines for colors and fonts are ready to share; once you’re on board I’ll provide the exact HEX codes and typography specs so every frame stays consistent with the rest of our content library.
Here’s what I need from each video:
• A vertical 9:16 master (1080 × 1920, H.264 MP4)
• Subtle lower-thirds or callouts matching brand colors, when relevant
• Light motion graphics or masking only if they enhance clarity—no flashy gimmicks
• Clean, typo-free captions burned in or supplied as an .srt, whichever is easier for you
• Audio leveled to broadcast standards and free from pops or hiss
• The editable project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve) so my in-house team can make tweaks later if needed
• One revision round included to fine-tune timing or text
Raw files will arrive in a shared drive, typically under 1 GB each. Turnaround for the first draft is 24 hours after you receive the footage; subsequent videos can follow a mutually agreed schedule once we lock the workflow.
