I need a creative editor who can turn raw talking-head footage into engaging, story-driven educational pieces. Each video should feel polished and dynamic, blending clear narrative structure with tasteful motion graphics, lower thirds, animated call-outs, and light music/SFX so the information stays front-and-center without ever feeling flat.

The footage will be supplied in 4K along with a loose outline; you refine the story flow, trim for pace, colour-grade, balance audio, and layer in graphics that reinforce key concepts. Typical projects range from 3–7 minutes, though short social teasers may follow once the main cut is approved, so flexibility for multiple aspect ratios is important.
