Edit Real Estate Brand Video
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I already have every shot on hand—drone passes over the barren parcel, steady-cam walkthroughs, and a couple of short interview clips. I now need those assets shaped into a crisp, professional, and formal brand-collaboration video that runs between one and two minutes.
The finished piece must spotlight two things above all else: the location benefits (proximity to highways, upcoming infrastructure, surrounding developments) and the investment potential this untouched land represents. Feel free to weave in lower-third text, subtle motion graphics, or a narrated overlay if it helps underline those talking points, but keep the overall look refined and corporate.
Here’s what I’m expecting as a final package:
• One master video (1080p or higher) in MP4 format, 1-2 minutes long
• Color-corrected, noise-balanced, and trimmed for a smooth narrative flow
• Brand logo intro/outro, with room for a discreet call-to-action at the end
• Export-ready files plus an editable project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—use whichever you prefer)
I’ll supply the raw footage, logo assets, and any reference material immediately after kickoff. If you can send back a short storyboard or rough cut for approval early in the process, that will help us lock direction quickly.
