Economics Documentary Video Editing

Job ID: 40400966

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I’m putting together an economics-focused video that should feel very much like a Think School episode—tight storytelling, lively motion graphics, sharp stock footage inserts, and data visualisations that make complex ideas easy to grasp. The final piece must keep a documentary tone throughout, but above all it has to educate viewers without ever feeling like a lecture.

Here’s what I’ll hand over: a researched script, reference links, and any voice-over recordings. Your job is to turn those materials into a polished, engaging video complete with B-roll, background music, subtle sound design, lower thirds, animated charts, and on-screen text that matches the channel’s clean, modern aesthetic. I’m flexible on the software you use (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve—whatever lets you work fastest), as long as the export is 1080p or higher and colour-graded for YouTube.

Send me a detailed project proposal that lays out:
• how you plan to structure the editing workflow,
• which graphic or animation tools you’ll rely on,
• an estimated turnaround time for a first cut and final revision,
• links to any past documentary-style edits that show you can pull off this pace and narrative style.

If you have experience breaking down dense economic topics into visually digestible segments, highlight that up front. I’ll review proposals on clarity, creativity, and evidence that you can match the Think School vibe while keeping the content academically sound. Looking forward to seeing how you’d bring this story to life.
