Dynamic YouTube Sports Edit Creation

I run the YouTube channel “Mxshoot3,” where my sports edits have already crossed the one-million-view mark. After four years of editing every frame myself, I’m ready to scale the channel and need another creative hand to keep the momentum going.
Here’s what I’m looking for: you’ll take raw sports footage (game highlights, player reels, behind-the-scenes clips) and shape it into fast-paced, social-media–ready edits tailored first for YouTube, then—when it makes sense—repurposed for Instagram or TikTok. Expect projects ranging from 45-second shorts to full 5-minute highlight reels. I handle the creative direction, thumbnails, and channel strategy; you focus on cutting, color, motion graphics, and sound so the final result matches or beats the punchy style already live on my channel.
Deliverables for each assignment
• A fully edited 1080p or 4K video ready for immediate upload to YouTube
• Separate vertical cut (9:16) when footage permits
• Project files (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve) neatly organized for easy tweaks
Acceptance criteria
• High-energy pacing that syncs with music and on-screen action
• Clean transitions, no dead air, no copyright-flagged audio
• Color grade consistent with existing Mxshoot3 style
• Turnaround time: 3–5 days from receiving raw assets
