I need a sharp-eyed editor who lives and breathes short-form content to cut 45-second (or shorter) social-media reels. Almost everything you’ll touch will be destined for Instagram and YouTube Shorts, so snappy vertical pacing, seamless transitions, and punchy hooks are non-negotiable.
Here’s the flow: I supply raw footage each week, you shape it into multiple attention-grabbing reels, and turn them back quickly—usually within a couple of days. Transitions and pacing sit at the top of my priority list, but a solid feel for trending audio is also essential.
If you can layer in motion graphics, kinetic text, tasteful SFX, or quick colour tweaks, that’s a welcomed bonus and will only increase the amount of work I can pass your way. My content queue grows month after month, so once we lock in a rhythm there’s room to scale this into a full-time collaboration.
