• Edit in a lively, fast-paced style: sharp jump cuts, punchy zooms, motion graphics and on-screen text that keeps viewers hooked.
• Deliver the finished 1080p (or higher) file plus project files by the agreed daily deadline so I can upload on schedule.
• Keep an open line on Discord or WhatsApp for quick feedback rounds; most revisions are minor because I brief clearly.
• Expect to be paid 75–100 INR per completed video, sent the same day. As the channel grows and our views climb, I’ll scale that rate—longevity is the goal.
