Creative Video Editor for Short-form Content

We are looking for a creative video editor to join our team for ongoing short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
What you’ll work on:
Personal branding videos (business, real estate, storytelling)
Tamil + English content
Cinematic + viral-style edits
Requirements:
Strong experience editing short-form content (Reels/Shorts)
Ability to create high-retention edits (fast cuts, hooks, pacing)
Experience with:
Caption animation (modern styles, not basic subtitles)
Zooms, punch-ins, smooth transitions
Sound effects + timing
Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects preferred)
Understanding of viral/trending editing styles
Bonus (not required but valuable):
3D camera animation (After Effects / Blender)
Creative storytelling sense
Language:
Must understand English
Tamil understanding is a big advantage
Deliverables:
3–5 reels per week
Fast turnaround (24–48 hrs preferred)
