# Video Editor Required for Long Term Project

We are looking for a highly creative Video Editorto join us on a long term basis.

This role is for someone who doesn't just cut clips together, but knows how to transform ideas into engaging visual stories. You'll be working on high quality content where creativity, pacing, and strong visual communication matter
Responsibilities

* Edit long form and short form videos.
* Create engaging motion graphics and animations.
* Add dynamic text animations, transitions, and visual effects.
* Source and integrate stock footage, graphics, sound effects, and music.
* Maintain strong storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention.
* Color correction, sound balancing, and final polishing.
* Collaborate on creative concepts and bring new editing ideas to the table.

Requirements
* Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro** and After Effects
* Excellent motion graphics skills.
* Good understanding of storytelling and cinematic editing.
* Ability to create modern, high retention YouTube style videos.
* Experience with sound design and visual effects.
* Ability to meet deadlines and communicate consistently.
* Fluent in English.

Bonus Skills

* 3D animation (Blender or Cinema 4D).
* Photoshop and Illustrator.
* AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, or similar.
* Experience editing documentary, educational, or cinematic YouTube content.
