# Job Description
I'm looking for a creative and reliable **short video creator** to become my startup's long term Content producer
Who am I?
I am the Founder of Little Sage, a startup offering chemical free clothing for infants and babies. We are launching soon and currently we are looking to have someone who can help us start our content journey.
### Responsibilities
* Create **upto 3 engaging vertical short-form videos per week** (approximately 20 per month).
* Produce videos in a modern, fast-paced, attention-grabbing style similar to today's high-performing social media content.
* Add smooth transitions, captions, motion graphics, B-roll, sound effects, background music, and other creative elements that improve viewer retention.
* Ensure every video is optimized for maximum engagement and watch time.
* Deliver videos in 9:16 vertical format, ready to upload.
### Content
* Most of the time, I'll provide the topic and the material, however you will be expected to write the script, turn it into an engaging video
* You'll have creative freedom to make the content visually appealing while keeping it accurate and professional.
* You'll be expected to create an content library for us which may include, avatars, characters, templates, Prompts for repeatable use.
### Who I'm Looking For
* Someone who understands what makes short-form content go viral.
* Strong editing skills and an eye for modern social media trends.
* Creative, reliable, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
* Interested in building a long-term partnership rather than just completing a one-time project.
### Budget
-- ₹7,500 INR per month (Fixed)
-- Upto ₹ 5,000 incentives (Monthly)
-- Reimbursement for AI tools (for the project duration)
