Project Description
We are Soarix — an intelligent B2B sourcing and discovery platform that connects buyers and suppliers through structured workflows, AI-powered matching, and evaluation tools.
We are looking for a skilled video editor / motion designer to edit and produce one complete professional video built across two parts. All core production assets will be provided by us — the freelancer's role is to assemble, animate, and deliver a polished final video.
About the Video
The video is structured in two seamlessly connected parts:
Part 1 — Investor Pitch (Scenes 1–9)
A cinematic problem-to-solution narrative built for an investor audience. Opens on the broken state of B2B sourcing, builds through real market data and buyer/supplier pain points, and introduces Soarix as the category-defining solution.
Style: Dark, high-impact, cinematic
Tone: Authoritative, dramatic, strategic
Part 2 — Product Walkthrough (Scenes 01–16 | ~4 min 45 sec)
A polished, scene-by-scene platform demonstration covering the full buyer and supplier journey — RFP creation, AI matching, bid evaluation, reverse auctions, contracts, and analytics.
Style: Clean, modern, tech-forward UI animation
Tone: Confident, efficient, precise
Both parts flow as one continuous video — transitioning from the problem narrative into the live platform demonstration.
What We Will Provide
Complete master script — scene-by-scene with visual direction and on-screen text for all 25 scenes
All screen recordings and video footage — scene-wise
Recorded voiceover — ready to sync
Brand assets — logo, colors, fonts
Data sources and references for all statistics used
Your Role as the Freelancer
Edit and sync all provided footage, screen recordings, and voiceover
Add motion graphics, on-screen text, and scene transitions as directed in the script
Ensure smooth flow and consistent visual style across both parts
Incorporate feedback and deliver the final polished video within the deadline
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in video editing for B2B SaaS or tech corporate videos
Strong motion graphics and text animation skills
Ability to follow detailed, scene-by-scene creative direction precisely
Clean, modern aesthetic — not generic or template-based
Portfolio of similar corporate/SaaS work is mandatory
Deliverables
One complete edited video — final rendered MP4 (1080p minimum)
All revisions completed within the project timeline
Budget & Timeline
Fixed Budget — $70 USD for the complete, fully revised video
Deadline — 5 days from project start to final delivery
All revision rounds must be completed and final video delivered within this 5-day window
Only bid if you are fully comfortable with both the fixed budget and the 5-day deadline. Proposals without a portfolio will not be considered.
