Scope of Work
● Edit 20–60 second Instagram Reels based on provided scripts.
● Create edits inspired by the attached reference videos (comedic pacing, visual style, and storytelling—not direct copies).
● Design a 2D illustrated version of the Toyo Kombucha bottle that will serve as a recurring brand character.
● Add visual comedy using zooms, cutaways, animated text, memes, sound effects, and motion graphics.
● Source, edit, and sync relevant Bollywood dialogues, memes, and reaction clips where appropriate.
● Create voices in different Indian accents including Hindi, Punjabi, Bhojpuri, Haryanvi, Marathi, Gujarati, and others as required.
● Ensure voices sound indistinguishable from real human speech and do not have the flat or robotic quality typical of low-quality AI voices.
● Ensure all edits follow a consistent visual identity and editing style.

Please review the attached reference videos before applying. They represent the level of storytelling, humor, pacing, and editing style we expect. We are not looking for exact replicas, but for someone who can achieve a similar level of comedic execution while developing a distinctive style for Toyo.

ASSIGNMENT

1) Choose any relatable workplace situation and depict it using a Bollywood dialogue or scene.
The dialogue should naturally represent the workplace situation, similar to the attached reference, where a Bollywood dialogue is used to portray a manager favouring one employee over another.

Employee personality

The employee should be portrayed as confident, witty, and unapologetically savage. Instead of silently accepting unreasonable demands, they respond with clever comebacks, sarcastic remarks, and humorous one-liners that leave the manager speechless. The employee should be drinking toyo pop edition
