I need a skilled content creator to craft 8–10 short, punchy videos (30 seconds each) that showcase Clyde North, Victoria, through a family-friendly lens. Each clip will highlight one of three pillars—community amenities, local attractions, or current real-estate market trends—so that viewers quickly grasp what makes the suburb a great place to put down roots.
You’ll be shooting on location (or sourcing royalty-free local footage if you’re remote), editing for vertical formats optimised for Instagram Reels, TikTok and Facebook, and weaving in on-screen text, light motion graphics and upbeat music suited to families exploring their next move.
Deliverables
• 8–10 fully edited, captioned vertical videos (1080 × 1920, MP4/H.264)
• A thumbnail image for each video
